Today, I will focus on changing myself and entrust those I love to the Higher Power who loves them even more than I do.

Here are my latest additions to my Etsy shop.
Well, I'm off to do some homework :)
My computer just does not feel like cooperating as the civilized machine it should be. Last Friday, after a Windows update, it decided to lose the Internet connection. After one hour with a Charter tech, I knew that the modem was working perfectly - but still had no Internet connection. Cable was working fine; wireless was working fine - but still no connection between my modem and my computer.
Drats! I still had homework to upload to my Dropbox, so I was quite peeved. Fortunately, my other computer was working good on the wireless connection, so my 650 words essay had to be completed and sent in from there. Don't much like to work from my wireless: even when it had a great connection, it's still a bit less responsive than this one is.
Charter was here yesterday; replaced my modem with a newer version and spent almost two hours trying to fix my "baby". No luck there! He could not even make my computer recognize the IP address he manually entered. There was nothing left to do but do a second recovery in 10 days. So, it better behave from now on... LOL
What a pain this was! So many things saved up - no one knows for what purposes - on my computer. Then the blasted thing decides that will stop recognizing a program. I sure have not been a happy camper for the last week or so... But now it's all taken care off; I just need to transfer my stuff from my external drive back on my hard drive!
But not tonight: I am dilligently working on some bookmarks and I have to get my homework done tomorrow. Then, all I have to do this week is finish and polish my mid-term essay (the time I've first experienced fall in Tennessee's Cherokee National Park - more precisely, Bald River Falls).
For now, it's back to stitching :)
Yard + Art = YART :)
Quite a few shops on Etsy are having a sale for their handmade crafts - and so do I! LOL
FarAway Designs Cards is offering 20 to 30% off selected cross-stitched cards, from June 10th to June 14th!
I have finally finished these cards and posted them on Etsy - I absolutely love them! I have been working on them for the last 3 days... LOL
Just posted two more cards on Etsy - I absolutely love the little girl giving thanks :)
I have just ordered the "Ultimate Crafters' Companion" - should be here next week. No more funny looking edges or folds... LOL
Now, if I could only have more hours in the day, I should be good to go!
I have been working for a few days on these tag sets (I would much rather stitch than take the photos I need... LOL). But here they are, finally posted on Etsy.
Of course, I HAD to post something for my TN folks! And I couldn't forget my absolute favorite holiday, either (it will be here before you know it!)
